About Us
The School Task Force is a ministry of New Hope Community Church in Palatine, IL. It was formed in the summer of 2022 after a concerned church member brought a movie about the sexualization of children in our nation's school to our attention. The movie was entitled, The Mind Polluters. We had our first informational meeting, in August of 2022.

When it looked like our local high school board (Township High School District 211) was planning to vote to adopt the radical National Sex Ed Standards (NSES) in November of 2022, we went to work; creating an informational door hanger about the what was actually in the sex ed. With the help of many concerned citizens we were able to distribute almost 10,000 door hangers to district residents informing them about the perverse content of the NSES. Consequently, there was a great outcry against the sex ed. Unfortunately, our school board voted to adopt the it anyway. See What's Wrong With Our School Board.
It is very clear that we need school board members who will listen to their constituents instead of simply being a rubber stamp for decisions made by administrators and the values of union leadership. We are continuing to raise awareness in the community about these problems by launching another door hanger campaign. This time the focus is the obscene books in our school libraries and informing residents about where school board candidates stand on the sexualization of children.
We continue to hold monthly info/action meetings at our church for concerned residents.
